This was a blast! There were 3 couples and we did the jail break. Jordan our jails man made the experience great. We will definitely return to do this again. The whole experience puzzles etc to break out of jail was put together great! You really had to think! It was helpful that we could bride the jails man! I would recommend this to everyone!!

I went with a group of friends and had an amazing time! We did the ZMB Virus room; it was the perfect amount of terror and challenge. Jordan was a very convincing zombie and Anna was a wonderful game master. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend to anyone who likes puzzles and to be a little scared! Probably the best room that I've done.

We went here with a group of 6 and did the mafia room. It was way to many people for this room. The game maker for the room was not a very pleasant person. She was very unfriendly whenever we tried to joke with her and when she gave any clues they were usually delivered in a very condescending manner. At the end we laughed about how many times she just said rude comments like "Does anyone in this group know how to open a lock?" And "Uhhh you have to hand it to me..." I feel like this is a great addition to Bismarck and I hope I continues to improve. It could start with training the staff to be a little more upbeat and friendly or at least able to give information in a less rude manner. I've done multiple escape rooms in Minneapolis and each time the game maker is the person who made a huge difference in how enjoyable the experience is. It's not a good feeling to already feel lost then look over and see this unfriendly person judging you. I will also add that one of the boxes was missing a lock and the employee straight up told us that if she hadn't forgotten the lock we would have never escaped. She wanted me to include her name in the review because she apparently gets bonuses based on reviews but I don't think she wants her name on this one.

We did the Lost Toy with the kids and in the second room, two of the locks were left unlocked and defeated the purpose of two of the clues, so essential we didn't have to solve the last two clues to finish the room. The lady working didn't seem to think it was such a big deal, but the kids seemed disappointed. A little more attention to detail would have made the experience more exciting, based on what you pay to do this, those are details that shouldn't be overlooked.

Fun escape rooms with challenging puzzles. Creative themes for rooms and lots of abstract thinking. It's only an hour challenge but it's really fun and a great time for the price. It's not something you can do often because once you do a challenge you already know the answers so you can't do it again. New challenges replace the old ones once they have run their course. The visual design of the rooms is good and the puzzles are very well done. Clues are available to help you avoid getting stuck, and there is a challenge for kids. I have done the pirate cove and the bank robbery challenges and they were both a great time. Getting a group organized to go is challenging, but a lot of people are interested in going if you just ask them.
